基于复合菌系提高秸秆鸡粪堆肥微生物活性的研究

摘要:针对秸秆鸡粪堆肥产生的高温易引起微生物活性降低的问题,本文采用实验室构建的复合菌系进行秸秆鸡粪堆肥效果评价。结果表明,相比市售菌剂,复合菌系固态堆肥提前1 d进入高温期,高温期持续时间延长了3 d,其中最高温度提高了5.6 ,且堆肥进程缩短了4 d。相比市售菌剂,复合菌系固态堆肥有机质含量下降幅度提高了6.54%;总钾增加幅度明显,提高32.09%;种子发芽指数增加幅度提高11.81%。堆肥达到《有机肥料》(NY/T 5252021)的要求。研究结果表明该复合菌系在提高秸秆鸡粪堆肥中嗜热微生物的活性方面具有较大潜力,为高效降解秸秆复合菌剂的研制提供理论依据。

Study on Improving Microbial Activity of Straw Chicken Manure Compost Based on Constructed Microbial Consortium

AbstractIn view of the problem that the high temperature of straw chicken manure composting can easily lead to the decrease of microbial activity, this paper used the composite bacterial strain constructed in laboratory to evaluate the effect of straw chicken manure composting. The results showed that compared with the commercial bacterial agent, the composite bacterial solid compost entered the high temperature stage 1 d earlier, the duration of the high temperature stage was extended 3 d, the maximum temperature was increased by 5.6 ℃, and the composting process was shortened 4 d. Compared with commercial bacterial agents, the organic matter content in the solid compost of the composite bacterial strains decreased by 6.54%. Total K increased 32.09% obviously. Seed germination index increased by 11.81%. Compost meets the requirements of Organic Fertilizers (NY/T 5252021). The results showed that the composite bacteria had great potential in improving the activity of thermophilic microorganisms in straw chicken manure composting, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of efficient straw degradation compound bacteria.
